Lessons from the NET 🎾

It's a delicate balance between having a tenacious focused attitude and being sweet and unattached to the outcome of matches. The swing of the pendulum has been my recent mission. There is a location - right in the middle - where you are trying your hardest to win - with no upset if you don't!

For my personality - the less pressure I have to win - the freer I play - which often results in more wins. The more my partner or I am attached to the big win - the tighter and worse I play - getting heady instead of being present with the ball 🎾. Some people love pressure and expectations - I'm definitely not one of them. I actually freeze in the face of let down!
