Play with people of all levels!!! It's good for your game. My practice matches are set union with 3.0 players through 5.0 players! I play against men and women. Some slice, some topspin, some hit flat. Seeing al the different serves and strokes has given me a well rounded game! When you play with the same people and level over and over again - you really don't improve as much!
If you are playing with people of a lower level - practice your placement instead of power! When you play with people of a higher level - practice courage and focus!!! Above all - every player - no matter their level - has genius in their game - LEARN FROM THEIR QUALITIES!!!
