Playing My Best

If I want to play my best tennis - I have to feel great. In order to feel great - my state of mind has to be great. In order for that to happen - I need to be the master of my thoughts.

Keeping my internal dialogue positive, light and confident of luck - with extreme gratitude is how I overcome fear.

When I’m facing a tough opponent - instead of allowing myself to feel scared - I remind myself of my awesome abilities and convince myself that I feel great and today is the day that I will beat them. That my partner will play her best. That I look great and that I have the tools to WIN.

The best part is - no matter the result of the game - it ends up being a fun experience for me! Because inside is all happiness!!!
